Thanks to help me. Maybe because the injectors used in a 625 are different than the 475 so the trim files for the injectors in that engine are not compatible with the 625 file. Or possibly if you renter the trim files from the disk it will take them. Posibly because the ecm knows the injectors are different from 475 to 625 so it will not let the same files be loaded into the same cylinders on ecm replacement because it knows they should be different. So I assume it was de-rated after leaving the factory. In short apart from wrong turbo's a flash update to the 625 file and then change the interlock code would suffice. As for your trim files. Using the correct version of ET and coms adaptor should resolve that issue or simply read the trim files from ET download them and re-flash them.
